UVO is the first sun-protective skin-beautifying supplement you can drink. As someone photosensitive who’s not too fond of premature aging, I require UV protection. I wear sunscreen . . .but I find it nearly impossible to reapply as often as recommended (every two hours!?) or to know whether I’m applying enough for optimal protection (a lot
